I have to start out with WOW!!! My parents' live in Cape Coral, FL and I live in Alabama. They recently celebrated their wedding anniversary and we wanted to send them a beautiful floral arrangement. Their marriage is one I can only hope to emulate. My parents, Gene and Rosalie Payne, are the owners of a business in Cape Coral. GERO Travel is a full service travel agency. Because local small businesses are VITAL for a community's fiscal well-being, we chose to contact another local business directly to support their LOCAL economy. We selected SuEllen's Floral Company because we'd purchased a bouquet from them on one of our visits. Having been to their brick and mortar building and having seen the AMAZING work they do, we knew we had to use them for this special occasion Our long distance order experience was easy. My husband selected the design and asked that they feature the color blue, as he is a sergeant at a police department here in Alabama. He said the person he spoke to was both PATIENT and FRIENDLY, thus making the ordering process EASY, SPEEDY, and SMOOTH. He was confident that SuEllen's understood what he envisioned. What my parents received was a gorgeous bouquet in a darling glass vase. It's charm and elegance really expressed how much the people at SuEllen's truly care about the product they put out. When I spoke to my father later that day, I made sure to tell him WHERE we got the flowers. Then - SURPRISE!!! - it turns out that my parents are friends of the owners. As business owners, GERO Travel and SuEllen's Florql Company frequently socialize at various local business networking functions. I HIGHLY recommend SuEllen's for anyone looking to get some flowers for someone - or for themselves! A bouquet doesn't require an occasion; it's visual happiness in a jar. THANKS, SuEllen's!!
Yesterday I posted a review that I would like to update today. Our firm had an event and we purchased flowers for our DIY bubble vases for the tables. We did not have a good experience. Today I received a call from Tom stating his sincere apology and regret that we were not 100% satisfied. I have discovered that he and SueEllen are a class act. They are making everything right and I am happy to say I will definitely give them another try. Now I understand why they receive such high ratings. Thank you Tom.
